Aviva Canada wanted to replace their current third-party software tool SharePoint with a custom document management system.

PROBLEM

Claims Central members was using SharePoint to store, manage, and distribute documents however found it difficult to navigate and complicated to use and maintain. We’re replacing it with a build that solves and handles requests from members within the organization and external parties.
